NATIONAL BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT STRATEGY
Our vision is to be able to train 10,000 people a year by 2013. To achieve this we have developed a national development strategy build on a commission based system that provides incentives for individuals who have a passion for market place ministry and a desire to join us in promoting this message in their various communities. Qualified individuals have the opportunity to become account managers and build relationships with churches, Christian ministries, and businesses so they can become host sites, licenses or affiliates.
- Business Development Director – A member of NPIM executive leadership team and responsible for recruiting, training and supporting account managers to meet our overall training goals.
- Account Managers
- Relationship manager – An account manager with 1 – 10 accounts or 1- 10 training sites. They receive 10 % commission from the total registration of each account.
- Area Manager – An account manager with 1 – 10 accounts and supports 1 – 10 relationship managers. They receive an additional 5% commission on the total registration of the accounts of their relationship manager.
- Regional Manager – An account manager with 1 - 10 accounts, who supports 1- 10 relationship managers and 1 – 5 area managers. They receive an additional 3% of the total registration of the account of their area manager.
