Once we have received your order, if the product is in stock it will be shipped within 48 hours. If your order is not in stock you will be notified via email, it may take approximately 4 to 6 weeks to ship out of stock items. Shipping Terms are automatically calculated by the store for all states within the US, and outside the US based on the standard United Parcel UPS rates. 15 Day Return/Cancellation/Exchange Policy Returned goods must be received to us 15 days from the invoice date. Prior to returning the item(s), please send us an email first to returns@nehemiahproject.org within 7 days of receiving your order for a return authorization. For classes or events just send us an email and your full refund will be process minus your one time registration fee of $30, if applicable. We do not refund any shipping charges, only the price of the item returned. Shipping is to be paid by the customer for returns or exchanges if the correct items were shipped. When we have received your return, and items have been inspected, a credit will be issued on the credit card used for purchase, applied to any exchange or a check will be mailed to you if the payment was made by check. We can only refund shipping charges if the return is a result of our error. Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment for price paid. We process all returns immediately upon receipt of the item(s). Depending on the method you use to send the item(s) to us, it can take up to 7 - 10 business days for us to receive your return.
