Currently, Kelly oversees Kelly Leonard Consulting; a division of T-LC that helps clients leverage LinkedIn for branding, business development, and recruiting.
Although Kelly’s clients include government agencies, non-profits, and publicly traded companies, she is most passionate about leveraging the best practices of multinational enterprises to positively impact entrepreneurs and small businesses.

After 38 years of federal service as an IT and cyber security manager, Mark has embarked on a second act that is comprised primarily of entrepreneurship, non-profit organizational support and community service.
His entrepreneurial pursuits include an IT consultancy that provides operations oversight for small companies and a start-up called 3 Brown Boys Granola which produces a healthy granola product.
Mark also serves as head elder at his church, executive board member for two non-profits and is founder of The New History Makers Program, which prepares young men leaving prison for re-entry into society.

He has served as pastor to three congregations, Executive Director of a non-profit working with homeless families, Director of Career Services at two colleges, as Executive Director of a local campus of an international education group and has over 20 years of experience coaching others to success.
Robert is an award-winning sales and marketing professional with several Fortune 100 companies during his 25-year career. Two years ago he started i61, Inc. which is a business and marketing consulting firm that helps purpose led businesses increase profits based on Kingdom principles.
Not only has he helped small and medium-sized businesses prosper but has recently ventured into economic development for small cities and communities.
His heart is to see the transformation of communities through the equipping of profitable Kingdom minded businesses.
Robert is also a certified trainer for Biblical Entrepreneurship over the past 5 years and a board member of Nehemiah Project.
